The Upper School program at The Albany Academy provides the "best of both worlds" in order to prepare our young men for college and beyond. The combination of single-gender and coeducational opportunities provide the platform for the ultimate education experience.

A rigorous curriculum and stellar faculty help Academy students become critical, creative and independent thinkers. Students and teachers enjoy a dynamic relationship that is warm and respectful. Academy students are well-known and respected by their teachers and peers as individuals.

Whether it is participation in an academic competition, a community service project, team sport, an art show, a theater production or the individualized projects that students do as part of a class, students at the Academy are consistently called upon to "stand and deliver" and take responsibility for a team or individual effort. This brings students along as confident people who are comfortable with leadership and responsibility.

Parents, students, faculty, coaches and others are integral members of our school community. We all learn and grow together.

We encourage you to learn more about the unique opportunities available for students in the Upper School at The Albany Academy.
