Dr. Kyle Flik P'18, '20, '23, '26

Dr. Kyle Flik P’18, ’20, ’23, ’26 is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and currently serves as the Medical Director and Executive Committee Member for OrthoNY located in Albany, NY. He also has the distinction of ABOS Subspecialty Certification in Sports Medicine and serves as The Albany Academies Head Team Physician. He has received numerous honors and awards, including: Clinical Honors in Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine, Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice; Basic Science Honors in Pharmacology and Physiology; Johnson and Johnson Scholarship award for academic achievement; the Timothy Wright Ellis Memorial Award given to the senior athlete at Dartmouth College for greatest commitment and contribution to athletics over their four years; and Hall of Fame inductee of the Rye Country Day School. Dr. Flik was not only a four year Varsity College athlete in hockey and lacrosse, but also went on to play professional hockey in Germany.
 
He is the author of many publications and speaks around the world on topics in his field of medicine as well as an adjunct professor at Albany Medical College. Dr. Flik earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Doctor of Medicine from University of Vermont. Dr. Flik and his wife, Dr. Anna Flik have four children attending The Albany Academies.
