Dr. Fran'Cee Brown-McClure

Dr. Fran'Cee Brown-McClure serves as Vice President for Student Affairs at Jackson State University. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Social Work from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jackson State University. She presents nationally on topics related to emotional intelligence, leadership, and small colleges. She is a member of the Jackson, MS Chapter of Jack and Jill of America and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
