Albany Academy for Girls and The Albany Academy are Preschool-Grade 12 independent college-preparatory schools that have been graduating successful leaders for more than 200 years. The Albany Academies follow an innovative model of single-gender education in the Lower and Middle School and coeducational learning in the Upper School.

Read MoreThe Albany Academies today announced a new plan that will allow our School to continue to focus on academic excellence and better position itself for the future. Under the new model, the current Albany Academy for Girls campus will house the Early Childhood Center, Lower School, and Middle School and the current Albany Academy campus will house the Upper School. The school will retain its current single-sex educational model, with each building organized by grade. -
