This society was established in 2006 in honor of Jane Lathrop Stanford, Class of 1845, and honors our graduates from the Class of 1969 and beyond, celebrating fifty or more years post-graduation. Mrs. Stanford embodied the true spirit of an Academy woman: remarkably independent and committed to her family, the furtherance of education and equal rights for all.
