Varsity Lacrosse - Girls

The goal of the varsity lacrosse program at Albany Academy for Girls is to promote lifelong participation in athletics and improve upon fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills. Many Academy graduates have gone on to play lacrosse in college and beyond, including winners of national championships. Student-athletes are provided with the tools to make them better players and increase their self-confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills. There are two levels of participation: a modified program for Seventh, Eighth & Ninth Grade students and a varsity program for Upper School students.
